BabelDuck is a new company set up when two people bumped into each other again after a 25 year gap.
The founders (Andrew Pusey and Richard Souter) first met whilst studying Degrees in Microelectronics and Information Processing at Brighton Polytechnic back in the mid 80s, but lost touch as each went their separate ways afterwards.
Fast forward to 2011 and a chance encounter led them to find that they actually were both back in Brighton and living just a couple of miles apart after having lived all round the world. They had both run their own IT companies (and sat on the board of directors for others) and still had a passion for robotics.
It was not long before the first joint project was started and they discovered that they were both looking for a new challenge …. And BabelDuck was born.
